Genesis is the Book of Beginnings; Revelation is the Book of Endings. Genesis tells us how it began; Revelation explains how it will end. The Apocalypse, as with all of Christ’s teaching, is rooted in the Law, the Prophets, and the Psalms. Its character is Hebrew.
